Freedom Paradise Riviera Maya is located approximately 60 miles from Cancun International Airport and four miles from Xel-Ha park. Situated near the Tulum ruins, the resort is on a white-sand beach, about 30 miles from Xcaret park.

Integrated into its ecological environment, the property features Mexican-Caribbean architecture and gardens with fountains. Hotel amenities include four swimming pools, a gift shop, a convenience store, welcome gifts, tennis, ping pong and three bars. Scuba diving and massages on the beach are available at an additional charge. On-site dining is available at Aloha (seafood), Cielito Lindo (Mexican specialties), Dolce Vita (Italian), Las Pichanchas (open-air buffet restaurant), Mi Rancho (grilled specialties), and a snack bar.

The all-inclusive rates include room and taxes; breakfast, lunch, snacks between meals and dinner; domestic beverages until 1:00 AM; gratuities; daily activities such as volleyball, water aerobics, beach soccer, kayaks, rubber boats and snorkeling; and nightly shows.
