RESERVATIONS AND DEPOSITS
When you request a reservation we will send you back an email with confirmation instructions. You will be able to view your reservation, confirm, and make payment. We accept Visa, Master Card and American Express, all payable online. Your confirmation must be processed within 48 hours of receiving your request of reservation.

If a reservation is made within 21 days of arrival, payment in full is required upon reserving.

If a reservation is made outside of these 21 days, a 50% deposit is due at the time of reserving to confirm your reservation and balance due date will be 21 days prior to arrival date.

All holiday reservations require payment in full to be confirmed. The holidays include: US Thanksgiving (stays during November 19 to 28, 2004 ; November 18 to 27, 2005 ), Christmas, New Years, February 18 to 27, 2005 and Easter holiday weeks March 19 to April 3, 2005 .

Once your reservation is processed online you will receive a confirmation voucher with your reservation details, driving directions and the check-in instructions for your rental or resort reservation.

ADVANCED BOOKING Booking 60 days in advance  you get a discounted rate for your stay in many resorts participating to this offer. Please, check the offers displayed on the Hotels Web Pages and get up to 20% discount! (Not applicable during Holiday Reservations).

CHANGE FEES
There will be a $50.00 US dollar change fee for any changes made on a reservation after the deposit has been made, with the exception of extending the reservation.

WEATHER
There are no refunds due to bad weather or hurricanes. Clients are encouraged to purchase travel insurance to protect their vacation investment.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations are effective on the date when written notice is received by Fax or e-mail in our office. If a refund is applicable, the refund will be processed by trough your credit card's institution.

The following assessments will apply to cancellations for ALL- INCLUSIVES RESORTS and/or Hotels in Mexico :

Cancellations before 21 days prior to arrival date will result in the forfeit of 1 night's rent.

Cancellations 20 - 14 days prior to arrival date will result in the forfeit of 3 night's rent.

Cancellations 13 - 0 days prior to arrival date will result in the forfeit of 100% of Total Rent.
